I maintain confidentiality in all dealings with clients and colleagues alike, and will not disclose any information that is identified by clients as confidential, to any unauthorised person.
I am always aware of, and actively avoid, any conflict of interest.
I only attempt work for which I am suitably skilled, and outsource work I am not qualified to complete.
I will not knowingly take part in any illegal or unethical activity.
I am fully committed to continual improvement, including education and training and a proactive response to feedback.
I actively avoid any conduct or action that would adversely affect the good reputation of my own business and the Virtual Professional industry as a whole.
